Aeroscentix is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in new condition and has not been used.

Please contact us in advance to obtain return authorization. A refund will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
